KRA:
- Carry out maintenance activity smooth, trouble free operation of instruments for achieving optimum equipment availability in Packing Plant and Jetty. - Control cost of instrumentation maintenance activities of section as per budget for effective utilization of available manpower and spares to optimize cost of maintenance. - Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of instruments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. - Preparation of document related to ISO/EMS/OHSAS and WCM systems in the section through involvement of Team members for improvement of sections working & quality standards. - Maintain detailed documentation of instrumentation designs, maintenance, and modifications. - Investigate equipment malfunctions and system failures & Provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime - Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
