Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead project sourcing, execution, and operations for commercial and industrial solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and business acumen to drive projects from initiation to completion while ensuring optimal performance post-installation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Project Sourcing: Identify and acquire new commercial and industrial solar projects. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders. Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects. Negotiate contracts, PPA agreements, and EPC partnerships. 2. Project Execution & Implementation: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless implementation. Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, permits, and safety standards. Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and optimize resources. 3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Manage post-installation operations, ensuring optimal system performance. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize efficiency and uptime. Monitor energy generation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for quick resolution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and performance enhancement. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in the C&I solar industry, handling project sourcing, execution, and O&M. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project management, and regulations. Business Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, PPA structuring, and contract negotiations. Project Management: Hands-on experience with planning, execution, and risk management. Client Relationship Management: Ability to engage and retain key stakeholders. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with policies, permits, and compliance requirements in the solar industry.
