• Experience in Design & development Plastics components.
• Responsible for technical concept, feasibility, packaging, and customer specification fulfilment of product
• Seat Plastics preferred. Proficient in CAD software preferred CATIA
• Seat complete study using kinematics/Motion file to be performing packaging studies.
• Perform regulatory (AIS, ECE, FMVSS) related to Plastic components.
• Creation of engineering Plastic component drawings
• Understand customer requirements
• Coordinating directly with supplier and plant team
• Work with Proto team in developing the part
• Understand tool design Qualification
